Started back in 2011 from a small Wollongong office, Brillix Flow grew from a two-person operation into Australia's most forward-thinking venture building platform. We've struggled, learned, and overcome the very challenges our clients face now.
Our approach? It's pretty simple, really. We don't just throw money at promising ideas — we roll up our sleeves and build alongside our partners. Sometimes that means late nights, heated debates, and complete pivots. But that's where the magic happens.

Sarah Thompson
Sarah joined us after 12 years at McKinsey. She's the one who makes sure our ambitious visions actually turn into reality. Her dog Charlie is our unofficial office mascot.
James Wilson
After failing with his first three startups, James built Brillix Flow to be the company he wished existed when he was starting out. He still codes on weekends and makes terrible office coffee.
